Ask questions on the Little Biz Resources Playlist (linked right below these timestamps), or ask in the Little Biz Resources Facebook Group, or join me live on Thursdays on the Little Biz Resources channel and ask questions live. Here’s the playlist for the entire Print on Demand series from Little Biz Resources: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msM6EnrtgIU&list=PLhXBOWDWTLHCxob-AmS1J42CMRzD2zCdv Here’s the Little Biz Resources Channel where I go LIVE every Thursday at 9:30pm Eastern: https://littlebizresources.com/yt Little Biz Resources Facebook Group: https://fb.com/groups/littlebizresources Here are the steps you need to make this work: 1. If you have Windows 10, download Power Automate Desktop (it’s free). If you have Windows 11, it is supposed to be built into Windows 11 – just search for “Power Automate”. 2. Create the template files (these are just regular .psd files, not “templates” according to Photoshop). There is a list of the sizes for Printful here (you can skip to that section from the top of the page): https://littlebizresources.com/print-on-demand-training-and-resources/ *Do NOT use Printful’s templates – they have other “stuff” on it that will not work with automation. You need to have empty files that I call “templates” for us but are just .psd files. 3. ALTERNATIVELY, you can download the files I’ve created from the link on that page if you don’t want to make them yourself 4. Put all of the template files you create in ONE folder 5. Make sure you have REPEATING FILES (if you want to make them, we have a video in the Little Biz Resources Playlist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msM6EnrtgIU&list=PLhXBOWDWTLHCxob-AmS1J42CMRzD2zCdv , if you want to pay someone else to make some for you, use my designer here: https://littlebizresources.com/repeatdesigner 6. BEFORE changing Power Automate Desktop instructions, make sure you check the Keyboard Shortcuts and either change in Power Automate Desktop or change in Photoshop 7. Set up Power Automate Desktop Flow (copy my instructions from https://littlebizresources.com/print-on-demand-training-and-resources/ ) 8. Adjust the flow instructions – see which ones need adjusting, this is UPDATED (video may not match what is on the page) on the website is the most recent instructions for you to match up 9. Prep PHOTOSHOP/Power Automate desktop (see the Prep instructions on the website) 10. Test. You only need 2 files to test the loop, so might as well test this with 2 files. 11. Run through the Prep document with each new pattern (it’s worth it to double-check everything before you mess up hours of work)
